At Diosa, you don’t need to stress about sizing — just choose the size that feels most true to you. Every set is custom-made to your measurements after purchase. Within 24 hours of placing your order, you’ll receive an email requesting your measurements and (if you’re comfortable) a few recent full-body photos to help us get the fit just right. (Face is never required.)

We currently offer standard pricing for sizes XS to L — with L typically fitting up to a 34” waist. If your measurements exceed this (ex. fall into an XL or above), please contact us before placing your order. For sizes above XL, an additional fee may apply. We’ve learned that every body is different — and traditional XS–L sizing doesn’t always reflect that. That’s why we take a custom approach.

ORDER & CUSTOMIZATION

How long will it take to receive my order? Since every piece is made to order, production times can vary — but we always prioritize orders based on when you need them. At checkout, please leave a note with your festival date or the day you need your outfit by — this helps us make sure it arrives on time. While our general window is 1 to 8 weeks, please don’t worry when you see that number — most orders ship out much sooner, often within just a few days to a week. In many cases, we’re able to get your order to you fast — even under a week, and without any rush fee — depending on our schedule and the complexity of your piece.

Do you offer Payment Plans? Yes! You can split your total into 2, 3, or 4 payments, made through Cash App, Venmo, or Zelle. We begin sourcing materials and starting production after your first payment, so orders cannot be canceled or refunded once placed. Item(s) will ship once full payment is received. To set up a plan, just contact us before purchasing and we’ll walk you through it!

Do you offer matching sets or mix-and-match options? Yes! Just contact us before ordering. Some requests may have a small fee, but many don't.

Can I order a design in a different color? Yes, we can make most styles in any color you’d like — just let us know what you’re looking for. There are a few designs that can’t be changed because the fabric or pattern is only available in the color shown, but we’ll always let you know ahead of time. Contact us for color change requests.

Can I make custom changes to a design? Yes! We offer custom adjustments on almost all of our pieces. Depending on the design, we may be able to modify:

• Strap style
• Coverage level
• Top support
• Waist rise
• Placement or removal of trims and embellishment
• And more

If you have something specific in mind, please reach out before placing your order — we’re always happy to discuss what’s possible. Customizations may involve an additional charge based on the materials.. but not always! So don't be afraid to ask :)

Do you take custom orders? Yes! For full custom designs, please DM or contact us to get started. Customs typically range from $310–$520, depending on what you’re looking for. Feel free to send inspiration photos and a description of your vision — we love bringing custom ideas to life. If you’re just mixing and matching styles, fabrics, or colors from our existing pieces, pricing may stay the same.

Can I order just the top and bottom from a set? In most cases, sets are sold as complete groups and can’t be split. However, let us know which set you’re interested in, and we’ll see if we can accommodate your request.

When should I place my order to make sure it arrives on time? The sooner, the better — you’re never too early! Many of our clients order months in advance for festivals or special events. If your event is coming up soon and you’re wondering if we’re still accepting orders, check our Instagram for real-time updates — we always post when we’ve stopped taking orders for a specific festival. Still unsure? Just reach out! We often accept orders until the very last minute when we can, and once a cutoff is confirmed, we’ll update everyone.

Do trims or embellishments ever vary? In rare cases, yes. Most of our pieces are made exactly as shown, but because everything is made to order and includes specialty trims, beading, and embellishments, a few styles may have slight variations. This only happens when a specific material becomes unavailable from our suppliers — in those cases, we’ll use the closest possible alternative in quality and appearance. When applicable, we note this in the product description.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Do you ship internationally? Yes, we do! 🌍 Please contact us directly for a custom shipping quote based on your location — we’ll be happy to help.

Do you offer express or rush shipping? Yes — in many cases, we can ship within 1–2 days, and occasionally even same-day. Some rush orders may include an extra fee during peak season or for more complex pieces, but often there’s no added charge. Contact us with your timeline — we usually reply within a few hours.

Where do you ship from? All orders are shipped from Los Angeles, where each piece is also made by hand.

Will I get tracking info when my order ships? Yes, you will get an automatic update.

What happens if my package is lost or stolen? Once a package is handed over to the postal service, it is no longer in our control. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages and do not offer refunds in these cases. That said, we handle these situations case by case and will do our best to support you. Please reach out with any concerns.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES, & REFUNDS

What is your return/exchange policy? Since every piece is made to order just for you, we do not offer refunds or accept returns for money back. Please consider this carefully before placing your order. If your item doesn’t fit after you’ve taken your measurements, don’t worry — just reach out to us! We’re happy to help with alterations to get the perfect fit.

• If the fit issue was due to an error on our part, we will cover alteration costs and shipping both ways.

• If the measurements were provided incorrectly, a small alteration fee will apply, and the customer will be responsible for shipping costs both ways.

What is your refund policy? We have a strict no refund policy because all of our items are handmade to order just for you, and as of right now, we do not stock any pre-made items. Please review all product details and measurements carefully before placing your order. Thank you for understanding and supporting our made-to-order process.

GARMENT CARE

How should I wash my Diosa? Please hand wash your Diosa with clear liquid hand soap and cold water. Hang to air dry. Do NOT dry clean, use a washing machine, or put it in a machine dryer.

Are your materials delicate? How do I store the pieces? Yes — many of our designs are delicate and made with specialty elements like feathers, trims, rhinestones, and hanging details that should be handled with care. To keep your Diosa pieces in their best condition, we recommend storing them flat or hanging in a safe space, away from anything that could snag or crush them. If you’re packing for a festival or traveling, please use protective packaging (like tissue, garment bags, or a hard case) to prevent damage.
